Job Description

Designation : Lead - Partnership

Work day: Monday to Friday

Work location : Remote working

Work Timings: 3pm to 12 midnight IST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify potential partners and alliances that align with LegalEase's strategic goals. Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture these relationships.
  • Manage Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with key partners and stakeholders and schedule monthly check in calls.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the senior leadership team and Director- Partnerships to define partnership goals and objectives. Develop comprehensive partnership plans that align with the company’s business strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, project engineering) to ensure demos, successful implementation and management of partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team.

Candidate Profile

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, preferably within legal/finance industry.
    • Skills:
      • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships.
      • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
      • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM software.
