Job Description

Designation: Lead - Dedicated Resources Management

Experience (years): 4+ yrs

No: of vacancies: 2

Location: Hybrid / Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 1 pm to 10 pm IST 

 Job Summary :

We provide virtual attorney services or dedicated resources to our clients, who work full time for the clients based on the client requirements. The resources are spread across different verticals. You, as part of the Project Engineering team will help in managing the dedicated resources across verticals and ensuring that client expectations are met, and the team is motivated to put in their best. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing knowledge management strategies to ensure that our organization's intellectual assets are effectively captured, stored, and utilized. This role involves working closely with various departments to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Understand the space and what the clients do and the support the dedicated resources provide.
  • Work with the dedicated resources team to gain more understanding of the actual work and institutionalize the knowledge.
  • Develop and implement processes for capturing and documenting critical knowledge and information.
  • Ensure that knowledge documentation is comprehensive, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and L&D to create detailed and accurate knowledge resources, including manuals, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Implement and manage knowledge management systems and tools to facilitate easy storage, retrieval, and sharing of information.
  • Facilitate regular knowledge sharing sessions, such as webinars, and discussion forums.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to assess progress, provide feedback, and offer support as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across practice areas.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, including resource utilization, project delivery, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate leave requests and work management.
  • Monthly check-in with the clients along with other stake holders to discuss performance and the support provided.
  • Collect feedback from the clients on a quarterly basis on specific metrics using pre-approved forms. Collate all the information and present it to the larger team.

  • Design weekly/monthly reports on the work done and value additions and share them with the clients.

Candidate Profile

Preferred Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in law and experience in information/knowledge management.
  • 3 -5 years of experience in contract drafting/ abstraction.
  • Experienced in using at least 1-2 contract management tools.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and as many other laws as possible.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects.
  • 3-4 years of experience with corporates desirable.

Personal Skills:

Personal qualities like great communication, creative thinking, and excellent written skills count for more than formal qualifications in this job.
