Job Description

Designation: Client Success - Lead

Experience (years): 4+yrs of relevant experience

No: of vacancies: 1

Location: India Hybrid / Remote

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 4 pm- 01.00 am (IST)

Job Summary

As a Client Success Lead, you will play a strategic role in guiding our clients toward their business objectives, while championing the value that LegalEase solutions bring to their operations. Your responsibilities will include client onboarding, relationship building, service adoption, identifying growth opportunities , and ensuring our clients realize the full value of our services. This role is essential to fostering long-term partnerships, contributing to top-line revenue, advocating for client needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Roles:

New client onboarding:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing prompt assistance and collaborating on success metrics.
  • Deliver white-glove service to clients in the initial phase, with the goal of converting pilot clients into long-term engagements.

Relationship building:

  • Develop a strong sense of empathy for client needs.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships within the LegalEase client base.
  • Foster trust and confidence in the LegalEase brand.

Advocacy and Revenue Growth

  • Identify upsell opportunities within ongoing processes and projects, demonstrating monthly revenue growth in accounts.
  • Cross-sell additional services based on client needs.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, crafting customized value propositions for each.
  • Meet (or exceed) revenue goals

Client Engagement:

  • Monitor client satisfaction post-project and proactively address any issues to maintain strong relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness toward clients at all times.

LegalEase Information Security Role, Responsibilities & Authority of an employee

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
  • Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
  • Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.

Authority

  • To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

Contract Staff

  • Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
  • Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.
  • Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.
