Job Description

Designation: Creative Head

Experience (years): 7+ years in a creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably within a B2B or legal/tech environment.

Location: Hybrid / Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 12pm to 9pm

Job Summary:

LegalEase Solutions is seeking a visionary and skilled Creative Head to lead our creative team. This role will focus on developing and executing strategic, innovative, and visually compelling marketing materials for a legal tech environment. The Creative Head will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to drive brand consistency, customer engagement, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Lead creative projects, from concept to execution, for branding, digital campaigns, and content marketing, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and target audience.

    Brand Management: Oversee and maintain the visual and tonal identity of LegalEase Solutions across all platforms, reinforcing brand guidelines.

    Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to develop creative strategies that enhance user experience, support business goals, and position the brand as a leader in the legal tech space.

    Market Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to the creative process.

    Content Oversight: Review and approve all creative materials, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation.

    Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, and iterating on concepts as needed.

    90-Day Onboarding Plan

    First 30 Days – Learning & Strategy Development

    Week 1-2:

    Deep dive into LegalEase’s services, target audience (General Counsel/law firms), competitors, and positioning. Review existing marketing strategies, campaigns, content assets, and performance data. Meet with executive leadership, sales teams, and each department lead to understand marketing needs and pain points. Conduct client and market research with the sales and client success team to identify gaps and opportunities.

    Week 3-4:

    Develop a marketing roadmap focusing on brand positioning, demand generation, and content strategy. Audit LegalEase’s SEO, social media, website UX, and paid advertising strategies.

    Identify and implement marketing tech that would be most suitable given LegalEase’s marketing requirements. Begin planning a thought leadership content calendar (blog topics, whitepapers, webinars) using marketing tech and the team.

    Day 31-60 – Execution & Campaigns

    Week 5-6:

    Launch SEO-optimized content (blog posts, LinkedIn articles, case studies) targeting legal professionals. Develop a LinkedIn & ABM strategy for lead generation. Design a new webinar series to engage General Counsel and legal decision-makers. Begin PR outreach to legal and corporate governance media outlets.

    Week 7-8:

    Implement LinkedIn advertising and email marketing campaigns for high-intent lead generation. Launch an SEO-driven resource hub (guides, eBooks, reports) on the LegalEase website. Track early KPIs, such as website traffic growth, LinkedIn engagement, and lead conversions.

    Day 61-90 – Optimization & Scale

    Week 9-10:

    Optimize and automate marketing automation workflows (lead scoring, nurturing sequences). Test A/B variations of messaging and creatives for better engagement. Expand PR efforts to secure guest columns in legal publications.

    Week 11-12:

    Review campaign performance data and ROI analysis. Optimize ABM & content marketing based on audience insights. Present a quarterly report with recommendations for the next phase.

    Key Success Metrics (KPIs):

    Increase LegalEase’s inbound leads from content & SEO by 50% within 6 months. Boost LinkedIn engagement by 30% in the first 90 days. Drive 100+ high-quality law department leads via ABM campaigns. Increase brand mentions and PR coverage in legal media. Improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rate by optimizing marketing workflows.

    Substantively use marketing tech to automate marketing activities.

    Roles:

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
    • Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
    • Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.

    • To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

    Contract Staff

    • Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
    • Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.
