Job Description

Designation:  Associate Trainer


Number of positions: 1


Work Location :  Remote  / Hybrid


Work timing:  9am to 6pm


Work days : Monday to Friday

Immediate Joining is preferred

So, what do I do?

Your position as a Associate Trainer L&D (Legal) is a challenging one the responsibilities include but does not limit to

1. Learning & Development (Legal)

a. Develop and administer an onboarding training program for freshers.

b. Develop and administer a comprehensive ongoing training program for existing

members.

c. Prepare customized training plans to cater the specific client needs. (may vary as per the

customized services).

d. Document training plans and update the existing BPGs as and when necessary (for all clients).

e. Develop training programs to ensure all legal resources across different geographies are trained and equipped to handle and manage multiple projects across verticals.


2. Quality Control

a. Analyze and improve current training and QC process.

b. Responsible for QC controls.

3. New Services Development

a. Develop and lead a Research & Development program for a new LE vertical as per new client additions

b. Prepare / review Best Practice Guide (BPGs) for new services as and when required.

4. Maintain and regularly update the following docs (ISO Compliance):

  1. Documents that actively identify training requirements.
  2. Document showing actively delivery of training.
  3. Document showing actively monitoring the effectiveness of training.

5. Utilize a variety of training methodologies, new technology, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.

    Roles:

    • To ensure that all the information they handle is secure.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
    • Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
    • Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.

    Authority

    • To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

    Contract Staff

    • Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
    • Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.

    Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

    Candidate Profile

    Criteria for this job:

    • It goes without saying – a law degree!
    • Experience in research and drafting legal documents.
    • Experience in training legal associates or students
    • Minimum of 3 years or more litigation experience or Contract Life Cycle Management
    • High English language proficiency.
    • Attention to US vs British grammar/spelling/language nuances.
    • MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook (experience in online products is a plus).
    • Organized and self-motivated.
    • An exposure to the US law (optional).
