Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in law and be proficient in any of the industry specific domains like-in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), manual creation/ Playbook creation. The candidate should be comfortable to use of Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools with ease.
This role will support the development and implementation of training programs and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and is NOT a Client Facing role. However good communication skill is required to grow into the Trainers role eventually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.
- Create and update training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials.
- Manage and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) training needs.
- Draft, review, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and other legal documents for training purpose.
- Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance training content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team as needed.

- Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
- Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
- Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.
Authority
- To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.
Contract Staff
- Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
- Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.
- Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

Skills
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law is a must.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within Learning and Development or Law firms.
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
- Proficiency in creating training manuals and instructional materials.
- Skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic experience with AI tools and their application in training and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
