Job Description
Designation: : Project Manager - Governance
Experience (years): 5-8 years of relevant experience
No: of vacancies: 1
Location: : Mumbai (Hybrid Work Model)
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Work timing: 11am to 8pm IST
Immediate Joining is preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage and track the complete lifecycle of partner-led CLM implementation projects, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met in line with the agreed plan.
- Milestone & Timeline Management: Monitor key project dates, dependencies, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track, proactively addressing delays or risks.
- Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify potential risks or issues early in the project and coordinate with partners and internal teams to create and execute mitigation plans.
- Weekly Status Monitoring: Conduct regular status calls and reviews with partners project managers to assess progress, discuss blockers, and align on next steps.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and share detailed project status reports, including milestone achievements, KPIs, risks, and escalations, with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Change Management: Track and manage any project scope adjustments, or escalations, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
- Governance & Best Practices: Ensure partner projects follow established governance processes and PM best practices to maintain delivery quality and consistency.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partner teams to ensure transparency, trust, and smooth project execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement, enhancing efficiency and project delivery outcomes.

- Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
- Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.

Authority
- To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.
Contract Staff
- Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
- Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.
Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

Candidate Profile
Required Criteria:
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management for SaaS-based products.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Expert at refinement, story splitting, estimation, retrospection, and other scrum techniques.
- Experience in facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Personal qualities like great communication, creative thinking, and excellent written skills count for more than formal qualifications in this job.
