Designation: Senior Brand & Marketing Lead

Experience (years): 10+ years

Location: Hybrid / Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 9 am to 6pm

Roles:

• This role is responsible for implementing brand strategy through strong execution across social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and sales enablement. The focus is on consistency, quality, and coordination across all brand touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Implementation: Translate business priorities into actionable brand strategy and ensure consistent brand expression across channels and teams
• Social Media Strategy Execution: Own and execute social media strategy, manage content calendars, and coordinate with agencies to ensure quality, relevance, and performance
• Digital Property & SEO Management: Maintain website and digital properties with consistent SEO practices, strong UX, and brand-aligned content.
• Email Campaigns & Lead Generation: Lead email campaign content creation and coordinate with lead generation agencies to support pipeline and conversion goals.
• Sales Enablement Content Coordinate: Coordinate creation of internal sales materials including pitch decks, narratives, and collateral aligned to brand standards.

Authority

• To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

Contract Staff

• Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
• Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.

Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.
