Job Description

Designation: US Recruiter

Experience (years): 4+ yrs

No: of vacancies: 1

Location: Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 3pm to 12 midnight IST

Immediate Joining is preferred

What your day would look like?

Recruitment:

  • Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Induction, Training & Development, Employee Engagements etc.
  • Responsible for fulfillment of the requirement request from profile sourcing, screening till onboarding and closure of the position
  • Handle recruitment across multiple sources such as job portals, social media, networking & data mapping through LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, cold calling, employee referrals, and Internal Job Postings.
  • Create your talent pool across different sources and maintain warm leads
  • Responsible for performing full life cycle recruitment for IT.
  • Worked with different tax terms like 1099, W2 (hourly and salaried), Corp to Corp.
  • Negotiated salary and benefit packages with pre-qualified candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews. ? Maintained healthy relationships with candidates while awaiting client responses.
  • Participated in meetings with Manager to establish goals and to review priorities for open requirements.
  • Handling the complete recruitment cycle
  • Onboard the US resources and the joining formalities
  • Support the Indian Talent Acquisition team during the lean period

HR Admin:?
• Generating the Employees codes
• Generate the Attendance Data and Making Attendance sheet in Excel.
• Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
• Handling Joining & Exit-Formalities.
• Full and Final Settlement
• Generating and issuing various letters including LOE/ LOI/Apt letters Executives/Manager/AVPs/ VPs etc.
Maintaining the records of the Associates through filling with proper documentation.
• Looking after contract renewal process of consultants.
• Making various MIS Reports like Attendance, Employee Code Filling, Mediclaim list (Insurance) etc.
• Coordinating with Mediclaim dept for the claim processing.
• Worked on HRIS (Human Resources Information System)

•Handling all corresponding work, queries, maintain leave records & administer leave policies

Handle entry and exit formalities.

Taking care of F&F settlements, No Due Clearance, resignation acceptance, relieving and complete separation cycle of employees. Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, Termination etc.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven US recruitment and Admin experience
  • Good people skills.
  • Proficiency in excel is preferred
  • Should be fast and agile
  • Multitasking and handling different positions simultaneously
  • Being responsive and bring all candidate interactions to a logical closure
  • A keen eye for details
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Flexible in working with both US and Indian Team
