Job Description

Designation: Solution Architect - CLM Technology

Experience (years): 4+ yrs ( relevant)

No: of vacancies: 2

Location: Remote / Work from home

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work timing: 3 pm to 12 pm IST or 5pm to 2pm IST

Immediate Joining is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of CLM product implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance with LegalEase implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.
  • Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives
  • Drive requirement gathering, functional design, Quality Assurance and Support across multiple engagements
  • Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements
  • Engage with the business team to define solutions to address key implementation objectives

LegalEase Information Security Role, Responsibilities & Authority of an employee


  • To ensure that all the information they handle is secure.


  • Responsible to follow all the information security policies, procedures, rules and regulations as stipulated in the manuals.
  • Responsible to take immediate action to prevent any undesirable situations and report to the officers.
  • Responsible to take part in their assigned role in the event of an emergency situation.


  • To report any security incident or weaknesses, which comes to their knowledge.

Contract Staff

  • Responsible to follow the rules and regulations and move within the area specified.
  • Responsible to obey the instructions for all the officers and staff regarding the work and in emergency situations.

Responsible to report any undesirable incidents.

Candidate Profile

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience. Significant benefit for applicants that have this experience with one or more CLM applications
  • Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, business process redesign and mapping, testing and user training, documentation of activities, processes, test scripts and client interaction.
  • Gathers and analyzes user business requirements and processes. Understanding the existing business processes & legacy systems of the client.
  • Prepare the business requirements document and validate solutions with the client.
  • Prepare Functional design documents for customizations, reports, and interfaces. Analyze customized solutions for GAPs.
  • Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet the client's requirements.
  • Provide key user training and support customer to ensure sign off at each milestone as per project plan
  • Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is preferred.
  • Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts
  • BA/BS degree (information systems, computer science or supply chain/operations degree Preferred)
  • Salesforce administrator experience a plus
